We are incredibly grateful for having Rob in our lives.

We certainly didn't see any of this coming way back in Dobbs Ferry many months ago - there's no getting rid of him now. A year ago the idea of buying a house, settling down, and loving every minute of it did not seem a tangiable future. We have Rob to thank for all this.

His patience, perseverance, thoughtfulness, generosity, and warmth are exemplary. To many years of friendship.
